JENIN, Thursday, August 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces continued land leveling operations and the uprooting of olive trees in the villages of Zububa, west of Jenin, and Arabuna, east of the city, on Thursday.

Local sources told WAFA that Israeli bulldozers continued leveling agricultural land in Zububa and uprooted dozens of old olive trees, while beginning to level lands in Basin No. 2 of Arabuna village.

The operations come as part of ongoing Israeli attacks targeting agricultural lands in Jenin Governorate, including land leveling, destruction of crops, and restrictions imposed on Palestinian residents.

Israeli forces have previously closed the entrances to Zububa village with earth mounds on several occasions, preventing farmers from reaching their lands and affecting the movement of residents.
