GAZA, June 15, 2026 (WAFA) – Medical sources in the Gaza Strip said on Monday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the enclave has risen to 72,003 killed, alongside 172,252 injuries, since the war began on October 7, 2023.
The sources added that hospitals across Gaza received seven fatalities over the past 24 hours, including six newly killed and one body recovered from the rubble, in addition to six injuries.
They noted that the cumulative toll since the start of the ceasefire on October 11 has reached 992 killed and 3,144 injured, while 784 bodies have been recovered.
Health authorities warned that many victims remain under rubble and on roads, amid continued inability of ambulance and civil defense teams to reach them.
