RAMALLAH, June 14, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Sunday assaulted Palestinian farmers in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah, while they were harvesting their wheat crop.
Local sources told WAFA that a group of colonists attacked farmers in the plain area of the town and attempted to prevent them from completing the harvest.
In a separate incident in the town of Ein Yabrud, east of Ramallah, colonists vandalized a citizen's vehicle, causing material damage.
Villages and towns across the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate have recently witnessed an escalation in colonist attacks against Palestinian residents, particularly targeting farmers while working on their lands, in addition to acts of vandalism against vehicles and private property.
