RAMALLAH, February 11, 2026 (WAFA) – Belgium condemned the measures announced by the Israeli authorities aimed at tightening their control over the West Bank.
Belgian Foreign Minister Maxime Priveaux affirmed that these steps constitute a clear violation of international law and undermine the prospects for peace.
He described these steps as contrary to international law, noting that they contravene UN Security Council Resolution 2334 and the advisory opinion issued by the International Court of Justice.
