BERN, February 10, 2026 (WAFA) – Switzerland condemned on Tuesday the new Israeli measures in the occupied West Bank that will cement de facto annexation and settler-colonialism, according to Anadolu Agency.
The Swiss Foreign Ministry said on X that Switzerland “strongly condemns the measures approved on 8 February 2026 by the Israeli Security Cabinet concerning the occupied West Bank.”
Israeli “settlement activities are illegal under international law,” it said.
It added that the new measures “undermine the two-state solution,” which it said requires “two states living in peace and security within secure and recognized frontiers based on the pre-1967 borders.”
