RAMALLAH, January 26, 2026 (WAFA) - Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), Hussein al-Sheikh, received the Spanish consul to the State of Palestine, Ambassador José Javier Gutiérrez, on Monday at his office in Ramallah.
The two sides reviewed the latest local, regional and international developments, particularly in light of the ongoing suffering of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the escalation of Israeli measures and colonists’ attacks in the West Bank.
The Vice President expressed appreciation to Spain for its supportive positions toward the State of Palestine.
