RAMALLAH, November 19, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas expressed deep appreciation for the positions reaffirmed by Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman during his meeting with U.S President Donald Trump at the White House yesterday.
Abbas commended these courageous Saudi positions, which underscore the firmness, steadfastness, and unwavering commitment of the Kingdom to defending the rights of the Palestinian people and upholding Palestinian legitimacy.
He also praised the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince, in advancing the two-state solution as the fundamental path to achieving a just peace that safeguards the future of the Palestinian people, their historical rights, and their holy sites.
He affirmed the State of Palestine's commitment to continued full coordination and ongoing consultation with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to achieve the goal of establishing a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
