RAMALLAH, November 16, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas received more congratulatory messages from heads of state and leaders on the 37th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the State of Palestine.

President Abbas received congratulatory messages from King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt, President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China, King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco, President Asif Ali Zardari of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, President Bassirou Diomé Faye of the Republic of Senegal, President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President Mahamadou Idriss Déby Itno of the Republic of Chad, President Daniel Ortega Saavedra of the Republic of Nicaragua and his Vice President Rosario Murillo, and President Aleksandar Vučić of the Republic of Serbia.

The presidents and leaders affirmed their continued support for the Palestinian people and their just cause to restore their legitimate national rights, and expressed their wishes for continued health and well-being for President Mahmoud Abbas, and for the Palestinian people to enjoy freedom and independence.
