RAMALLAH, November 13, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas issued a presidential decree on Thursday amending the composition of the 19th Palestinian government. The decree includes the appointment of Mohammad Farouq Al-Ahmad as the new Minister of Transport.
Al-Ahmad is set to swear in before President Abbas and in the presence of Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa at a later time.
