GAZA, November 2, 2025 (WAFA) – The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,865, the majority of them children and women, since the start of the Israeli assault in October 2023, medical sources announced on Sunday.

Local health authorities reported that the number of injuries has increased to 170,670 since the beginning of the offensive, while many victims remain trapped under the rubble, with ambulance and rescue teams unable to reach them.

According to the same sources, the bodies of seven victims arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours, including three newly killed victims, three recovered from under the debris, and one who succumbed to his wounds.

Since the ceasefire agreement on October 11, 2025, 236 Palestinians have been killed and 600 others wounded, while 502 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble, the sources added.
