GAZA, April 16, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Thursday evening fatally shot a minor in the Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City, according to WAFA correspondent.

He reported that the occupying forces opened fire on Saleh Badawi, 9, instantly killing him.

 Badawi’s body was transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital.

This brings the total number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip to four.

Earlier today, two brothers were killed when an Israeli drone struck the vicinity of Abu Tammam School in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza.

In a separate incident, a Palestinian man succumbed to wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli strike on a vehicle along al-Nafaq Street in Gaza City.
