CAIRO, October 31, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas arrived today, Friday, in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, to participate in the grand opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday.
The president was received at Cairo International Airport by Egypt’s Minister of Public Business Sector Mohamed Shimi and the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Diab Al-Louh.
The President was accompanied by member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Ziad Abu Amr, Diplomatic Advisor to the President Majdi Al-Khalidi, and Ambassador in Cairo Diab Al-Louh.
