Israeli forces expand colonial road near Ramallah

RAMALLAH, October 21, 2025, (WAFA) - Israeli bulldozers continue paving and expanding the colonial road in Umm Safa village, northwest of Ramallah.

According to local sources, the occupation forces are continuing to pave and expand the road, which colonists paved last August, in the eastern part of the village, leading to the colonial outpost on top of Jabal al-Ras.

Over the past months, the occupation forces have continued bulldozing in that area, seizing most of the village's lands, estimated at 4,800 dunams, leaving only 300 dunams of citizens' land.

It is worth noting that colonists established a colonial outpost on the village's lands a few months ago and seized approximately 1,500 dunams of citizens' land.

The village has been subjected to repeated attacks by the occupation forces and their settlers, which have escalated significantly since the start of the aggression on the Gaza Strip.

The village has witnessed the leveling of agricultural land, the distribution of notices to demolish homes, the seizure of citizens' land, and the burning of homes and vehicles by colonists under the protection of the occupation forces.
