RAMALLAH, October 1, 2025 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas praised the statements issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of Palestinian rights, ending the war, halting annexation, and preventing displacement.

He commended the positions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the efforts of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman in support of the Palestinian people and their just rights.

President Abbas also welcomed the statements of Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan, which affirmed the Kingdom’s support for U.S. President Donald Trump’s efforts to end the war in the Gaza Strip and reiterated Saudi Arabia’s rejection of the annexation of the West Bank.

The President emphasized that these statements reflect and align with the Palestinian position, as well as with the stance of all countries striving to end the war and establish peace in the region and the world.
