DOHA, September 15, 2025 (WAFA) – Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met on Monday with King Abdullah II of Jordan, on the sidelines of the emergency Arab-Islamic summit to discuss the recent Israeli attack on the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, both officials discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian territories, in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression and starvation in the Gaza Strip.
They also discussed the escalating violations carried out by Israeli forces and colonists in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem.
President Abbas and King of Jordan also reviewed ways to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries and expand cooperation across various fields.
