SALFIT, April 26, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Saturday halted construction work on a road-paving project between the towns of Bidya and Mis'ha, located in the central West Bank province of the Salfit, according to local sources.
Eyewitnesses told WAFA that Israeli soldiers stormed the construction site and ordered workers to immediately stop all work on the project. The orders were delivered verbally, with no official documentation provided at the time.
The targeted road is of significant importance to the local population, serving thousands of residents of several villages and towns in the province.
