JERUSALEM, April 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities today forced a Palestinian resident of Jerusalem to demolish his own home in the town of Kafr ‘Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem, according to local sources.

Sources said that Israeli authorities gave the resident just half an hour to demolish his two-room house, under the pretext of being built without a permit.

The owner stated that the occupation forces threatened to detain him, his 10-year-old son, and his three brothers, in addition to imposing heavy fines, if he did not immediately comply with the self-demolition order.

He added that the authorities also forced him to remove the rubble of his demolished home under the pretext of preserving nature.
