GAZA, April 19, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were killed and others injured on Saturday afternoon as Israeli drone strikes continued to target various areas in the northern and southern Gaza Strip, bringing the total number of Palestinians killed today to 44.

Local sources reported that an Israeli drone opened fire directly at a group of civilians east of Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza, killing one young man and wounding several others.

In the south, another drone strike hit a plot of land sheltering displaced persons in Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, resulting in the killing of one Palestinian and injuries to others. A third individual was killed in a separate Israeli airstrike targeting Khan Younis refugee camp.

Medical sources confirmed that the death toll from today’s Israeli attacks across Gaza has climbed to 44, as strikes have targeted multiple locations in the north, center, and south of the besieged enclave.
