GAZA, April 19, 2025 (WAFA) – Six Palestinians were killed on Saturday as Israeli drone strikes targeted residential areas in the eastern parts of Gaza City, including the neighborhoods of Al-Shujaiya and Al-Tuffah.
According to WAFA correspondent, an Israeli drone fired missiles at a group of civilians on Hassanein Street in the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, killing three and injuring several others.
In a separate attack, another drone strike targeted a home on Yafa Street in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City, resulting in the killing of three more Palestinians and additional injuries.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 51,157 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 116,724 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
