GAZA, April 13, 2025 (WAFA) — Fourteen Palestinians were killed and several others were injured on Sunday in Israeli airstrikes targeting multiple areas in the town of Jabalia and the city of Khan Yunis in the war-torn Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.

WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli airstrike targeted the home of the Manoun family in the town of Jabalia in the northern Strip, resulting in the killing of five civilians and the wounding of others.

Additionally, three Palestinians, including a woman, were killed when Israeli warplanes targeted a tent in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis in the southern Strip.

Three others were also killed and several more were injured in an Israeli drone strike that targeted a group of civilians in the Al-Manara area, southeast of Khan Yunis.

Three Palestinians were also killed and several others were wounded in an Israeli strike targeting agricultural land in the town of Abasan, east of Khan Yunis.

In a separate development, Israeli forces carried out demolitions of homes in the eastern areas of Al-Shuja'iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Earlier today, local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 50,944 documented fatalities, with an additional 116,156 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.

According to the same sources, emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews.

Israel's genocidal onslaught continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
