GAZA, April 12, 2025 (WAFA) – At least four Palestinians were killed and several others injured, including children, in two separate Israeli airstrikes on Saturday evening in the Gaza Strip.
According to medical sources, three people were killed and several others sustained injuries after an Israeli airstrike targeted Khalifa School in northern Gaza. The school was serving as a shelter for displaced families seeking refuge from ongoing hostilities.
In a separate incident in the southern Gaza Strip, one person was killed and others wounded after an Israeli airstrike targeted a group of civilians in the Qizan Abu Rashwan area, located south of Khan Younis.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 50,933 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 116,045 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
