GAZA, April 10, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians, including a young girl, were killed today as a result of Israeli airstrikes on the southern Gaza Strip, according to local sources.
WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli warplane struck the home of the Abu Daqqa family in the Al-Shahaida area, north of Abasan Al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis. The attack resulted in the killing of two people, one of them a child.
In a separate incident, an Israeli helicopter targeted a tent sheltering displaced people near Nasser Medical Complex in western Khan Younis. One person was killed and several others were injured, some critically.
Additionally, multiple injuries were reported following Israeli artillery shelling on Al-Shaaf Street in the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 50,886 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 115,875 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
