GAZA, April 9, 2025 (WAFA) – One civilian was killed and several others were injured on Wednesday in Israeli airstrikes on the city of Khan Yunis in the southern war-torn Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli warplanes targeted the Qizan Abu Rashwan area south of the city, resulting in the killing of one civilian and the wounding of several others.

In a related incident, two civilians were wounded in an Israeli drone shelling targeting the town of Khuza'a, east of Khan Yunis.

Medical sources confirmed that 45 civilians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza since the early hours of today, including 35 in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
