GAZA,  April 9, 2025 (WAFA) — Several citizens were killed and wounded early Wednesday morning in the ongoing Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that two citizens, including a woman, were killed when the Israeli occupation bombed two tents housing displaced persons west of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

The sources added that two other citizens, including a child, were killed when the occupation bombed an apartment belonging to the Al-Hajj family in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

A citizen was also killed and others were wounded by Israeli drone fire targeting the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City.

The sources indicated that a citizen died of wounds he sustained in a previous Israeli bombardment.

The Israeli occupation army continues to destroy residential buildings northwest of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 50,810, and the number of wounded has risen to 115,688 since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.
