SALFIT, March 30, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Sunday ordered a halt on the work on a plot of land in the Yasuf village, east of the occupied West Bank city of Salfit, according to a local source.
Wael Abu Madi, head of the Yasuf Village Council, said that the occupation forces handed a notice, ordering a halt on the work on a plot of land belonging to the Ministry of Waqf (Religious Endowments), east of the village, and took photos for some houses there.
He added that the occupation authorities have been preventing Palestinians from using this land plot for two years, as he slammed this procedure as part of the Israeli policies to tighten restrictions on the villagers.
