HEBRON, March 3, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained 14 Palestinians during overnight and early morning raids across the occupied West Bank, amid intensified military restrictions.
In Hebron, Israeli forces raided Al-Arroub refugee camp, detaining four Palestinians, including three minors. Meanwhile, Israeli forces also set up multiple checkpoints at the entrances to Hebron’s towns, villages and refugee camps, sealing off several main and side roads with iron gates, concrete blocks and earthen mounds.
In the Ramallah area, Israeli forces detained two young men after storming their homes in Deir Abu Mash’al and Jalazone refugee camp. Additionally, troops seized two vehicles in the Jalazone camp.
In Bethlehem, Israeli forces conducted widespread raids, detaining six Palestinians from different areas of the city and its surroundings.
In Nablus, Israeli forces raided the western part of the city, storming a home in Rafidia and detaining a young man.
Furthermore, Israeli forces detained a 32-year-old freed prisoner from inside his home in Jericho. According to Eid Barahma, the director of the Palestinian Prisoners' Society (PPS) in Jericho and the Jordan Valley, Israeli forces raided the city of Jericho and its camps, storming, searching and vandalizing the homes of prisoners and detainees.
These detentions come as part of Israel's ongoing military escalation across the West Bank, with increased raids, detentions and restrictions on movement.
