JENIN, March 2, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian infant suffocated from tear gas on Sunday evening fired by Israeli occupation forces at the entrance of Jenin refugee camp.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its medical teams transported a three-month-old infant to the hospital after she suffocated from the tear gas exposure near the camp’s entrance.

The Israeli occupation continues its military onslaught on Jenin city and its refugee camp for the 41st consecutive day, resulting in the killing of 27 Palestinians, along with dozens of injuries and detentions.

The ongoing aggression has also led to the forced displacement of residents and widespread destruction of infrastructure and homes, with around 120 houses completely destroyed and dozens more partially damaged.
