BETHLEHEM, February 27, 11, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished on Thursday a restaurant and several facilities for a sports field in the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem.

Local sources reported to WAFA that an Israeli army force, accompanied by a bulldozer, stormed Nahalin and Wadi al-Baqara area, where they demolished a restaurant and facilities for a sports field belonging to a local civilian.

The occupation forces also shut down the demolition area and fired tear gas and sound bombs towards local residents and vehicles. However, no injuries were reported.

It is noteworthy that months ago, the occupation forces demolished a commercial complex in the same area that included four shacks, a warehouse, and an aluminum shop.

Last month, the occupation authorities carried out 76 demolition operations that affected 126 facilities, including 74 inhabited homes, four uninhabited ones, and 29 agricultural and other facilities.
