KUWAIT, February, 6 2024 (WAFA) – The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Kuwait's firm position in supporting the Palestinian people and their just cause, as well as their legitimate right to establish their independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry expressed in a statement Kuwait's categorical rejection of the policies of colonialism, annexation of lands, and the displacement of the Palestinian people from their land, as these steps constitute a flagrant violation of international law and relevant Security Council resolutions, and a threat to the security and stability of the region.

It called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in providing protection for the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights, and ending the Israeli occupation of the occupied Palestinian and Arab territories.
