RAMALLAH, January 28, 2025 (WAFA) - The Palestinian Confederation of Latin America and the Caribbean (COPLAC) Tuesday voiced categorical rejection of all schemes for the displacement of Palestinians outside the Gaza Strip.

COPLAC slammed the intentional negligence of the Palestinian people’s inalienable rights as only a reflection of the explicit support for the ethnic cleansing that has been carried out by Israel against Palestinians since 1948.

It stressed that instead of calling for the displacement of Palestinians, action must be taken to dismantle the apartheid regime and halt the extrajudicial killings, repression, war crimes, and crimes against humanity committed by Israel against Palestinians, simultaneously while addressing the total disregard to international law in the occupied territories.

It emphasized the Palestinian people’s inalienable rights to live in peace in their homeland and their right to a free and sovereign State enjoying full recognition, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
