CAIRO, November 29, 2024 (WAFA) – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al Sisi Friday affirmed that the Palestinian cause will remain at the top of Egypt’s priorities.

“The Palestinian cause will remain at the top of our priorities, out of our belief in its justice and the right of this people to independence, freedom and dignity,” Egypt’s President al Sisi wrote on his X account on this day of commemoration of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

“I affirm my full support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among which is their right to establish their independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital,” he added.
