GAZA, November 2, 2024 (WAFA) — Three Palestinians were killed this evening in Israeli airstrikes targeting the Al-Sabra neighborhood in southern Gaza City and an area northeast of Rafah.
Local sources reported that Israeli warplanes conducted a strike on Al-Sabra, resulting in the murder of one individual, while a military helicopter simultaneously opened fire on southern areas of the city.
Additionally, Israeli drones carried out strikes northeast of Rafah, leading to the killing of two more Palestinians and injuries to others, amid ongoing artillery shelling and blowing up of homes in the city by the Israeli occupation army.
Israeli artillery also targeted the Baghdad neighborhood in the village of Khirbet al-Adas, north of Rafah.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 43,314 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 102,019 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
