RAMALLAH, Sunday, May 14, 2023 (WAFA) - The overall Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Palestine during April 2023 recorded an increase of 0.63% compared with March 2023; 0.75% in the West Bank, 0.56% in Jerusalem, and by 0.28% in Gaza Strip, today said the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS).
The changes in Palestinian CPI during April 2023 were traced back to changes in prices of the following expenditure subgroups compared with the previous month:

It said that the Palestinian CPI during April 2023 increased by 3.86% compared with April 2022; 4.61% in the West Bank, 4.24% in Jerusalem, and by 1.25% in the Gaza Strip.
