RAMALLAH, Thursday, October 06, 2022 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Thursday overnight detained eight Palestinians from various parts of the West Bank, according to local and security sources.
They said that Israeli soldiers rounded up two school students, both aged 15, from Sa‘ir town, east of Hebron city, and ransacked the houses of their families, turning them upside down.
Still in Hebron district, the soldiers showed up at the houses of three brothers in Taffuh town, west of the city, muscled inside, conducted thorough searches. None was detained though.
Meanwhile, a convoy of army vehicles stormed Beit Duqqu village, northwest of Jerusalem, where the soldiers re-arrested three former prisoners.
They also barged their way into Anata town, east of the city, where they detained another.
The sources confirmed a similar raid in Hizma town, east of the city, resulting in the detention of two others.
