Palestinian man killed by Israeli forces near Jenin

JENIN, July 10, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian citizen from the town of Rummana, west of Jenin, was killed Thursday morning by Israeli occupation forces.

Local sources said that the Israeli occupation forcesexecuted Ahmad al-Amour after shooting him with live ammunition and then ran him over with an Israeli military vehicle, and then withheld his body. They added that the Israeli occupation forces detained al-Amour's sons.

The Israeli occupation forces stormed the town and raided a large number of homes, destroying their contents.

They also deployed sniper teams in the town, amid a high level of mobilization by Israeli occupation soldiers, and launched a large-scale arrest campaign in the town.

With al-Amour's killing, the number of slain Palestinians in Jenin Governorate since the start of the Israeli aggression on the city of Jenin on January 21st has risen to 41.

The Israeli occupation forces have intensified the raids on towns and villages in Jenin Governorate since the start of the aggression on the city and refugee camp 171 days ago. They raided citizens' homes, vandalized their contents, and launched detention and field interrogation campaigns against citizens, detaining a number of them.
