JENIN, June 27, 2013 (WAFA) – Dozens of Palestinians
Thursday suffered from tear gas suffocation during an Israeli raid to several
neighborhoods in the Jenin area, according to local and security sources.
They told WAFA that a large military force raided the Jenin
area amid heavy firing of gas and acoustic bombs in addition to rubber coated
steel bullets towards Palestinian residents, causing several suffocation cases
among them, including a 70-year-old woman.
Forces also fired tear gas bombs near a hospital in the
Jenin area, causing dozens of suffocation cases among residents and patients,
who were transferred to the upper floors for treatment.
Forces also raided the houses of three released prisoners and interrogated them.
