NABLUS, April 5, 2012 (WAFA) - Palestinian police Thursday arrested Ali Bani Jami, from the Nablus area village of Aqraba, after he confessed to killing his 3-year-old son, Saber, and throwing his body in a septic tank under his home, according to a police statement.

It said the father had complained to the police on Tuesday about his missing son and when police searched the area for the boy, he was found dead in a septic tank under his house.

After investigating the incident and interrogating the father after he became a suspect in the murder of his child, the father admitted to his crime giving the reason as differences with his wife, said the police.

The father was immediately arrested and held in custody.
