PEX Daily Report: Al-Quds Index Up by Two Points

NABLUS, March 7, 2012 (WAFA) – The Al-Quds Index of the Palestine Exchange (PEX) closed Wednesday trading at 484.52 points, up by 2.04 points (0.42%), compared to Tuesday trading, according to the PEX daily report.

A total of 2,062,532 shares were traded for a value of $2,609,145.45 executed during 220 transactions.

Shares of 25 companies were traded. Share price increased in nine companies and decreased in eight others.

Top five gainers: AQARIYA by (4.11%), GMC by (4%), WASSEL by (3.61%), WATANIYA by (2.59%), LADAEN by (2.56%).

Top five decliners: NCI by (-4.35%), QUDS by (-3.88%), GCOM by   (-3.77%), AIG by (-2.86%), NAPCO by (-2.17%).
