RAMALLAH, February 28, 2012 (WAFA) - A polar air mass is expected to hit the area Tuesday night with rain showers on the northern areas spreading gradually to all areas and westerly to southwesterly winds, according to the Palestine Weather Service.
Weather on Wednesday remains cold and partially cloudy with thunderstorms and hail falling in most areas with active winds and high sea waves.
Thursday’s temperature drops below seasonal average and snow is expected to fall on areas higher than 950 meters above sea level.
The Weather Service has warned of possible formation of frost in mountainous areas, low horizontal visibility due to low clouds, mist and active winds.
