RAMALLAH, February 23, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Thursday arrested 20 Palestinians from Jerusalem and the West Bank, according to local and security sources.
They said that four Jerusalem residents were arrested for trying to prevent a group of Jewish extremists from breaking into al-Aqsa Mosque.
Forces also arrested seven Palestinians from the town of Azzoun, east of Qalqilya, after storming the village and raiding their houses.
In Nablus, forces arrested nine Palestinians after raiding and searching several Palestinians houses.
