RAMALLAH, February 23, 2012 (WAFA) – Thursday’s temperature continues to rise above seasonal average by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius, with partially cloudy to cloudy skies, according to the Palestine Weather Service.
Winds are expected to be moderate to active southeastern to eastern, with low sea waves
Weather on Friday is mild with active to moderate winds, temperature dropping during the night and potential rain showers.
