PEX Daily Report: Decline by More than 0.6% in Al-Quds Index

 

NABLUS, January 8, 2012 (WAFA) - The Al-Quds Index of the Palestine Exchange (PEX) closed Sunday trading at 486.53 points, a decrease by 3.14 points (0.64%) compared with the previous day trading, said a PEX report.

 

A total of 636,218 shares were traded for a value of $1,131,847.28 executed during 226 transactions.

 

Shares of 22 companies were traded. Share price increased in six companies while they decreased in 10 others.

 

Top five gainers: AQARIYA by (3.57%), PIBC by (3.09%), PID by (1%), GMC by (0.95%), PADICO by (0.92%).

 

Top five decliners: JCC by (-4.48%), ARE by (-3.64%), NCI by (-2.9%), PRICO by (-2.7%), BOP by (-2.31%).
