RAMALLAH, December 1, 2011 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas Political Advisor, Nimer Hammad said Thursday that the Palestinian Authority’s Proposal submitted to the International Quartet to resume negotiations is primarily based on the implementation of the international resolutions.
He told WAFA that the proposal includes issues, such as establishing a Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders with 1,9% agreed-on land swap, insisting on stopping unilateral measures and settlement activities.
Hammad said that the next negotiations must be based on clear basis and references.
