Al-Quds Index up in Second Day of Trading

NABLUS, May 16, 2011 (WAFA) - The Palestine Exchange (PEX) Al-Quds Index closed Monday at 491.12 points, a 0.37 points (0.07%) increase compared to Sunday’s trading, according to a PEX statement.

 

A Total of 306,902 shares were traded with a value of $1,368,141.51 executed during182 transactions.

 

Shares of 21 companies were traded; share price increased in 7 companies whereas decreased in 8 others.

 

Top five gainers:  GMC (4.95%), LADAEN (4.44%), GCOM (3.7%), NSC (0.95%), JCC(0.42%).

 

Top five decliners: AQARIYA (-4.17%), AHC (-4.05%), AMB (-2.44%), UCI (-1.61%), PRICO (-1.2%).
