CAIRO, May 3, 2011 (WAFA) – The Palestinian factions have signed the reconciliation agreement in Cairo on Tuesday, a day head of a planned ceremony to announce an end to Palestinian division, according to Azzam Al-Ahmad, who heads the Fatah delegation to the talks with Hamas.

He told WAFA that work is underway to celebrate this historic agreement on Wednesday with the participation of President Mahmoud Abbas, who arrived in Cairo Tuesday night, and in the presence of the general secretaries of all the factions and members of the diplomatic corps to Egypt.
