SAN FRANCISCO, February 26, 2011 (WAFA) – Palestinian solidarity groups and after holding several protests against the Israel Philharmonic’s tour of US cities, is planning another protest in San Francisco, California on Sunday.

The groups called on supporters of the Palestinian struggle against the Israeli occupation and its apartheid system inside Israel against it Arab minority to attend the protest rally where the Philharmonic is scheduled to perform.

“There have already been great protests in Miami, Newark and New York,” said a statement by the boycott Israel groups in San Francisco. “We're next.”

Under the slogan “Don’t Harmonize with Apartheid,” the group called on supporters to come and “protest the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra on the San Francisco stop of its US tour.”

It called on participants to bring pots and pans, whistles, signs and friends.
