TEL AVIV, September 26, 2009 (WAFA)- A curfew is to be imposed midnight Saturday in the West Bank and will be lifted with the end of Yom Kippur at midnight, according to a decision by the Security minister.
During Yom Kippur, Palestinians will be allowed passage into Israel only on unusual medical and humanitarian cases subject to approval of the Israeli Civil Administration.
