NABLUS, May 19, 2009 (WAFA) – Jewish colonizers assaulted, Tuesday, farmers in three villages in Nablus City, north of the West Bank, Palestinian Security sources and eye witnesses said.
According to sources, colonizers from Kidomim and Gilad colonies attacked farmers from Tel, Serra, and Jeb villages of Nablus, and attempted to force the villagers out of their farms.
Local witnesses affirmed that a number of villagers suffered bruises after they were beaten up by the armed colonizers, threatening to set fire to the farmers' crops.
Palestinian villagers of West Bank suffer attacks by colonizers on a daily basis and many of them have had their lands seized or crops burnt.
