WHO Spokesman Paul Garwood said provision of health care has improved remarkably compared to the period during the conflict.
'Hospitals have full stocks of drugs. We see some small problems in primary health care centers which are run by the Ministry of Health, UNRWA and NGO's with a small number of these, at least two that I recall remain destroyed and inoperable.'
Garwood says to maintain the current level of health care, border closures need to stop; humanitarian and health workers need to have access; and the ceasefire must hold.
