President Abbas Receives Phone Call from Canadian FM
GAZA, March 14, 2007 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas received on Wednesday a phone call from the Canadian Foreign Minister Peter Mackay.
During the phone call, President Abbas briefed the Canadian FM on the latest developments in the Palestinian territory and the consultations to form the national unity government.
He also informed Mr. Mackay on his latest meeting with the Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and the necessity of launching a meaningful peace process in the Meddle East.
